Requirements:

- Bachelor degree of Law & Management
- Minimum 15 years of relevant HR experience in a manufacturing and unionised environment
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and local labour regulations
- Experience with assessing, coaching and developing people
- Experience in participating and leading change efforts by effective communication, strong partnerships with managers and strong employee engagement
- A strategic & analytical thinker with the ability to interpret information and translate into value adding HR strategies
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
